The Equestrian Range
Two halves of the same job: keeping the horse sound and keeping the rider in the saddle. Lisa Marcus writes for the body doing the riding; the Forever Living aloe range handles the mud rash, sweet itch and sore backs that come with a wet Cape winter.
For the rider
Lisa Marcus Collection
Most riding advice assumes a groom, a sand arena and an empty afternoon. Lisa writes for the other rider: muck out before work, ride after it, horse first every time. Start with the ebook on the strength that keeps you quiet in the saddle, then the six-week course that loosens the hips and hamstrings underneath it.

Lisa Marcus Collection: The Rider's Guide to Fitness (ebook)
The Rider's Guide to Fitness โ an ebook: a gym programme built around riding rather than instead of it, plus how to read your own fatigue.

Lisa Marcus Collection: 6-Week Lower Body Flexibility for Equestrians
The 6-week lower body flexibility course: 8 minutes, 3 times a week, five exercises that loosen hips and hamstrings so you can sit quieter in the saddle.
For the horse
Horse care, the Forever way
Around here, Forever's aloe spends more time in the tack room than in the bathroom. So this is not a catalogue: it is what each product is actually for, grouped by the problem in front of you rather than the label on the tube. All of it supplied to 4Humans by a local Forever Living distributor and brought to your stable by a Help Hero: the same range that pays for the training material our Help Heroes and 4Humans learners work through.
Crest and dock
Mane and tail first, because that is where mud, sweat and stable stains live. Wash the crest and the dock, then get the knots out of the tail without pulling half of it out with them.
Hide
Sweet itch, mud rash, rain scald and girth galls all start small and get picked at. These are the two that stop a rub turning into a month of trouble.
Withers to croup
Backs, loins and hindquarters after a show, a long outride over the mountain, or a morning of jumping. These do duty on both horse and rider.
Barrel
The barrel is where condition is won or lost. A horse off its feed is losing weight faster than you think: aloe drinking gels are the daily habit in stables that have done ulcers, travel and fussy eaters before.

Forever Aloe Vera Gel
The original 99.7% inner-leaf gel โ where most owners start, in the feed or by syringe.

Forever Aloe Berry Nectar
Aloe with cranberry and apple, for the ones that turn their nose up at everything else.

Forever Aloe Peaches
Aloe with peach โ the easiest of the three to sneak past a horse with opinions.
Hocks and fetlocks
For the older horse still in work, and the younger one that has started to feel a hard season. The daily joint habit that keeps them moving.

Forever Freedom
Glucosamine and chondroitin in aloe โ the daily joint habit for an older horse still in work, and the rider keeping up.
Pasterns and heels
Greasy heel, cracked heels and scabby patches below the fetlock are the ones that stay angry for weeks in a wet False Bay winter. Treat early, not once the horse is sore.

Aloe Propolis Creme
For the stubborn things: cracked heels, scabby patches, skin that stays angry for weeks.
This is owner-to-owner experience, not veterinary advice. If your horse is lame, off its feed or losing condition, that is a vet's call โ and worth making early.
Tell us what your horse is doing
A horse that has gone off its feed, a girth rub that will not close, a tail full of burrs after an outride. Describe it and we will point you at the smallest thing that helps, not the biggest bottle on the shelf. Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp, paid in cash or by card on delivery, and brought to your stable by a Help Hero from the valley.
