Funder & Sponsor Brief

4Humans (Pty) Ltd ยท BayBridge.shop

Question 1 โ€” Where Does the Money Come From?

BayBridge.shop does not depend on sponsor money to operate. It earns from every sale on a simple, transparent split, already built into the platform's order records:

Every R100 sale

The local supplier (maker)

Direct income for a community entrepreneur

R70

A local charity

Chosen by the buyer at purchase

R20

4Humans (Pty) Ltd

Runs the platform, training and matching

R10

No upfront cost to suppliers. Suppliers list their goods for free. Payment is collected in person at delivery by our Help Heroes (independent local entrepreneurs) โ€” cash, card machine, or instant EFT โ€” so the supplier gets paid on the spot, with no debt and no risk carried by the company.

Two further income streams sit behind this: 4Humans Recruitment (commercial placement fees) and the 4Humans Experiential Learning School (paid short courses). The company's survival is not bet on BayBridge alone.

What sponsor money is for is growth, not survival: learner stipends, funded training seats, and direct community donations through BayBridge. Sponsorship buys measurable community impact at the valley level โ€” and the platform already records every order, charity split and donation so that impact can be reported back.

Question 2 โ€” Who Are You Dealing With?

The legal entity: 4Humans (Pty) Ltd, a private for-profit company registered in South Africa. Registration number [CONFIRM: CIPC registration number once issued].

Director: Michelle Human (sole director at this stage).

Registered office: 11 Bellevue Road, Boulders, Simon's Town, Cape Town, 7975.

BayBridge.shop is not a separate company. It is a trading name and community initiative owned 100% by 4Humans (Pty) Ltd, operating as the company's community-centred CSI arm. Sponsor funds are contracted with, and receipted by, 4Humans (Pty) Ltd.

Structure โ€” one company, three arms:

  • 4Humans Recruitment โ€” commercial recruitment; profit-generating core.
  • 4Humans Experiential Learning School โ€” paid training division; work-readiness and life-skills courses.
  • BayBridge.shop โ€” the community CSI arm; converts supplier stock into community impact and youth work-readiness.

What a corporate sponsor buys: verifiable community spend through a functioning, documented programme โ€” goods to charity, income to local entrepreneurs, and work experience for youth learners โ€” reported back with numbers: beneficiaries reached, rands to community, learners placed. The split above is recorded per order, so an auditable impact report is a by-product of normal trading, not a special exercise.
